Guangxi Hualong Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. produces 30,000 tons of waste plastics annually. The project is located in Guangxi Hualong Resin Co., Ltd. in Pinggui Calcium Carbonate Branch Park of Wanggao Industrial Park, Hezhou City, Guangxi Province. Guangxi Hualong Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. leases the existing plant and warehouse of Guangxi Hualong Resin Co., Ltd. to organize production. The project will build a production line for recycling waste plastics with an annual output of 30,000 tons. The total investment of the project is 30 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 435,000 yuan, accounting for 1.45% of the total investment.

In July 2017, the construction unit entrusted Sichuan National Environmental Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. to compile the Environmental Impact Report on the Recycling and Reuse of Waste Plastics Projects with an annual output of 30,000 tons. On August 18, 2017, Hezhou Environmental Protection Bureau approved the environmental impact report of the project with the approval of Hehuan Examination [2017] 35, and agreed to the project construction. In September 2017, the construction of the project began. In December 2017, the project was completed and put into operation.

In December 2017, Guangxi Hualong Renewable Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. commissioned Guangxi Haiqin Tiancheng Technology Testing Service Co., Ltd. to carry out environmental protection acceptance monitoring for project completion. After accepting the commission, Guangxi Haiqin Tiancheng Technology Testing Service Co., Ltd. organized field investigation and monitoring analysis from December 17 to 18, 2017.

On January 12, 2018, Guangxi Hualong Renewable Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. organized an acceptance working group to acceptance the project according to Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects and Pollution Impact Category of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects. The acceptance work included the Environmental Protection Bureau of Pinggui District of Hezhou City and Wanggao Industrial Zone of Hezhou City, Guangxi (CaCO3 thousand). The management committee, environmental protection technical experts, Guangxi Hualong Renewable Resource Utilization Co., Ltd., Sichuan National Environmental Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (EIA unit), and Guangxi Haiqin Tiancheng Technology Testing and Service Co., Ltd. (compiling unit of monitoring implementation and acceptance report) of the industry demonstration base of 100 million yuan have been evaluated by the working group, and the environmental protection acceptance of the completed project is qualified.

The acceptance report and the opinions of the acceptance team are now made public.
